suffered a bit with the back, but continued with workout last night, not a lot of time for warm up.

Row 500 meters
Body weight Bench press, 30 reps
Row 1000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 20 reps
Row 2000 meters
Body weight Bench press, 10 reps
am unable to press bodyweight for more than 1 - 2 reps, so went for 135lbs (60kg) - total time 23mins 24, row splits were: 1:45, 3:45, 7:42 - should have been faster, exhausted at the end.
